Posh’s Terms and Conditions of Use
Posh designs its Web Sites to provide access to the best assortment of special and intimate occasion products and services to the largest group of people possible. To insure a safe, non-offensive environment for all of our users, we have established these Terms and Conditions of Use, which describe what users of the Web Sites (User(s)) can expect from Posh and what Posh s expects from Users. By accessing any areas of the Web Sites, Users agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below as they may be modified by Posh at any time and posted on the Web Sites. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, Posh reserves the right to seek all remedies available in law and in equity.

These marks, names or trade dress, and all associated logos or images, are registered and/or common law trademarks of Posh or its affiliated companies, and are protected by U.S. and international laws and treaties. No license to the use of such marks, names or trade dress is granted to Users under these terms and conditions or by use of the Web Sites. Misuse of the trademarks displayed on the Web Sites is strictly prohibited. Users are also advised that Posh will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of civil remedies and criminal prosecution.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
User expressly agrees that use of the Web Sites is at Use’s sole risk. Neither Posh nor its affiliates, nor any of their respective officers, directors, or employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors (collectively, Providers), or the like, warrant that the Web Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Web Sites, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through the Web Sites.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL POSH OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DISTRIBUTING THE WEB SITES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB SITES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, A USER’S RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE WEB SITES OR THAT RESULT FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELETION OF FILES OR EMAIL, ERRORS, DEFECTS, VIRUSES, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, OR ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, WHETHER OR NOT RESULTING FROM ACTS OF GOD, COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO POSH RECORDS, PROGRAMS, OR SERVICES. USER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT, MERCHANDISE, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEB SITES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In accordance with the terms of the Web Sites Privacy Policy, Posh respects the privacy of its Users.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
These Terms and Conditions of Use represent the entire understanding between User and Posh regarding User’s relationship with the Web Sites and supersedes any prior statements or representations. USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE by using the Web Sites. Posh may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Web Sites, including the availability of any features of the Web Sites, at any time and without notice. Posh also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Posh may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above at any time and without notice. User’s continued use of the Web Sites after any changes to these terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
How International Checkout Works

International customers may pay with international credit cards and PayPal. Posh will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries (including those regarding international shipping costs or timeframes) should be directed to Posh’s Customer Service Department.
International Restrictions
All promotions are only applicable to domestic orders. International orders are restricted from receiving any promotions, such as free shipping with a minimum purchase, multi-item discounts, dollar or percentage off promotions or free upgrades.
Shipping Locations
Posh ships to any location in the world that its shipping providers will service. Please keep in mind the items in the shipment must not be prohibited by embargo or national or international restrictions.
